Privacy policy
Handling of browsing requests and local technology-enquiry drafts on this independent source presentation.
1. Publication responsibility
The independent publisher of this English reference presentation is the registered publishing entity identified in the footer, with its CNPJ displayed in the company information, at the registered Brazilian address shown in the footer. TIVIT is the technology company described in the source material; it is not identified here as that publisher. The company information panel distinguishes those roles. This policy concerns delivery of these static pages and their local enquiry tool. It does not purport to describe the original TIVIT website, TIVIT customer systems or any service agreement made directly with another organisation.
2. Information used while browsing
A page request can disclose an internet address, requested path, request time, user agent and related technical headers to the hosting and delivery infrastructure. Cloudflare supplies the public network layer and cPanel supplies origin hosting. Their operational records can support delivery, fault investigation and security. The authored site has no customer account, visitor database or advertising conversion script. A connection being recorded by infrastructure is different from a business enquiry being delivered to a person. No form receipt is inferred from a successful page load.
3. The draft fields
The enquiry page asks for a name, reply email, chosen technology subject and message; an organisation field is optional. You can describe an interest in cloud, data, digital systems or security without providing an internal system address or customer record. The fields remain in the open page while the local script builds a reviewable draft. There is no server submission endpoint on this site. Preparing that draft does not send it, create a support ticket or add you to a marketing list.
4. Choosing to open an email application
After reviewing the draft you may choose to open it in your own email application, where you control whether it is actually sent. The displayed default address is [email protected]. Publishing that address does not establish that a mailbox has been provisioned or that a message will be accepted. Check the recipient, remove unnecessary information and verify an acknowledgement before relying on delivery. Your mail application and mail provider apply their own handling and retention when you open or send a message.
5. Storage and optional features
The authored enquiry tool does not save field values in cookies, local storage or a remote database. Closing or reloading the document can discard the in-page draft. Images, fonts and interface files are served from this site rather than loading a live social feed or review widget. Infrastructure may use technical mechanisms under its actual configuration. The previous source website’s analytics and cookie-consent tools are not active services of this presentation. Browser developer tools and privacy controls can help inspect connections and locally stored data.
6. Keep security material out of an initial message
Do not enter passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, private keys, exploit payloads, confidential architecture or identifiable customer data into the enquiry tool. A short description of the business problem is enough to begin. This site provides no encrypted file room or emergency incident channel. If later discussions require restricted information, first establish the responsible recipient, purpose, access controls and an appropriate transfer route. Permission to discuss a project does not automatically permit disclosure of an employer’s or client’s records.
7. Purposes and applicable grounds
The publisher uses information it actually receives to understand a publication question or relevant enquiry, organise correspondence and address a reported problem. A subsequent engagement would need its own parties and arrangements. Depending on the circumstances, applicable legal grounds may include steps requested before a contract, a legal obligation, legitimate operational interests or consent where required. Merely browsing this reference profile is not consent to unrestricted marketing. Ask for clarification if a later request involves a different purpose or more detailed information than the initial conversation needs.
8. Recipients and international delivery
Cloudflare, origin hosting and a mail provider chosen by a sender can handle different parts of a connection or correspondence. The publisher address is in Brazil, while delivery infrastructure and a visitor can be elsewhere. That distinction does not authorise unrestricted sharing of confidential project files. A real cross-border transfer of personal information must be assessed under the protections applicable to that transfer. Neither a technology-company logo nor an external source link makes that company a recipient of this local form’s field values.
9. Retention and protection
The static website is not an archive of completed enquiry forms. Technical infrastructure records and correspondence actually received have separate retention purposes and provider arrangements. Records may need to be kept for security, an obligation, an accepted agreement or a dispute; unnecessary material should not be collected simply because a technology project might eventually use it. No single deletion deadline is promised for every provider. Ordinary internet and email services cannot guarantee that every device, network or recipient will always be free of error or unauthorised access.
10. Requests, younger visitors and updates
A person can raise an access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other applicable data-rights request through the published contact route, explaining the page or correspondence concerned. Rights have legal conditions and exceptions, and an unresolved concern can be raised with a competent authority. Avoid sending identification documents before a proportionate verification route is established. This business-oriented presentation does not invite children to submit personal information. If a new hosted form, account area or measurement feature is introduced, its practices need an updated notice; this version describes the implementation available on 3 November 2026.
