Terms of use
Conditions for reading the TIVIT source profile and distinguishing publication from an actual technology agreement.
1. Scope and parties
These terms govern an independent English presentation of source material about TIVIT’s digital, cloud, data, cybersecurity and managed-service portfolio. The legal publisher is identified in the footer and About; TIVIT and the organisations named in source cases remain distinct parties. The publisher’s Brazilian registration is not evidence that it delivers TIVIT services or belongs to the TIVIT group. Before entering a technology transaction, establish the actual supplier, authority, contract and communication route rather than relying on a page title, domain or logo.
2. Reading the source profile
Service categories describe the subject matter of the reference. Corporate scale, named customers, employee counts and dated performance figures belong to TIVIT’s source profile, not the publisher’s track record. The NPS figure is expressly a 2024 source statement and is not a new survey performed by this site. No reproduction makes every figure current indefinitely. Consider the date, geographic scope and stated context, then obtain confirmation from the appropriate organisation when a fact is material to a procurement, investment or operational decision.
3. Beginning a technology conversation
Choose a relevant subject and explain the objective, present constraints and stage of the proposed work. The form generates a draft locally and then offers to open your email application. It does not submit a lead to TIVIT, confirm a recipient’s mailbox, reserve a discovery workshop or create an incident ticket. Review both address and contents before sending. If a deadline, security incident or system outage is involved, use an independently verified operational contact rather than relying on an unacknowledged message from this informational site.
4. What a proposal must establish
A genuine proposal should identify the supplier and customer, service boundaries, environments, deliverables, responsibilities, implementation stages and acceptance criteria. Cloud subscriptions, security monitoring, staffing, migration and application work can involve different providers and schedules. Agree what is included instead of treating a short category description as a complete specification. A purchase order, accepted proposal or signed agreement can establish obligations that these general website terms do not replace. Mandatory statutory rights and a binding representation remain subject to the law that applies.
5. Charges and commercial conditions
No technology package can be purchased or paid for through this website. It publishes no binding rate card, finance application or infrastructure consumption tariff. A later quotation should state the currency, taxes, licensing assumptions, usage limits, professional services and any third-party charges. An English presentation and a domain ending in usa.online do not create an American office, US-dollar contract or US service coverage. Exchange rates and provider charges can change; any amount material to an actual agreement needs a dated, transaction-specific confirmation from the responsible provider.
6. Examples, technology and compatibility
A source case or interface photograph illustrates a stated technology context. It does not certify that the same architecture, control or migration method fits another environment. Software versions, integration permissions, data classifications and existing contracts affect suitability. A client should validate its own requirements with the actual service provider. Descriptions of AI, cloud or security capabilities are not a guarantee of error-free output, total immunity from attack or a particular financial return. Any agreed warranty, service level or regulatory commitment must be read in its actual contractual scope.
7. Names and content rights
TIVIT, Almaviva, product names, customer names, logos and source imagery remain attributable to their respective owners. This site’s legal publisher is not presented as the creator of another organisation’s case study or the employer of its named specialists. Viewing the profile does not grant a commercial licence to reuse protected assets or imply endorsement of another service. A reproduction or rights concern should identify the exact page and material so that responsibility and any permission requirement can be checked. Lawful quotation and applicable statutory exceptions remain unaffected.
8. Appropriate access and messages
Use the pages and enquiry tool for lawful browsing and relevant communication. Do not impersonate a customer or employee, submit malicious code, disclose another party’s restricted material or attempt unauthorised access to infrastructure. Accessibility tools and ordinary research are permitted within applicable law. A suspected defect can be described without exploiting it or obtaining personal information. Sending a synopsis does not assign intellectual property to the publisher, establish an unrestricted marketing licence or appoint the publisher to administer a system or process a customer’s data.
9. Separate destinations and suppliers
An intentional external source link opens a service outside this publisher’s pages. That destination has its own notices, contacts, availability and terms. Your email software is likewise a separate service. Check where a link leads before entering information or paying anything. The presence of a named technology vendor does not itself establish reseller status, procurement authority or a support entitlement. If a proposed engagement includes subcontractors, hosting or software licences, the actual agreement should identify those roles, access conditions and commercial dependencies.
10. Errors, responsibility and resolution
If a caption, attributed claim, navigation control or draft appears wrong, retain the page address and explain the observed issue. A saved screenshot may represent an earlier publication, and a browser confirmation is not proof of message delivery. A transaction dispute needs the responsible supplier, accepted scope, dates and relevant records. These terms remove no liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and override no mandatory consumer protection or express commitment. Competent complaint and judicial processes remain available. Changes to these website terms do not silently amend an already accepted service agreement.
