Cancellation and refund information
How to identify the responsible supplier and agreement when a later technology transaction needs review.
1. No payment collected here
These pages do not sell cloud capacity, consulting hours, security subscriptions or any other paid package. They contain no checkout, card form or payment processor. Preparing an enquiry is a local document action and incurs no website service charge. Consequently there is no website order to cancel simply because a draft has been generated. If you later pay for work, identify the legal supplier and the agreement under which the payment was made.
2. Identify the actual transaction
A cancellation or repayment request should refer to the accepted proposal, contracting parties, invoice, payment date and service stage. A cloud licence purchased directly from a vendor is different from professional migration work or a separate managed-service contract. TIVIT source case material is not evidence that this publisher received any such payment. Retain relevant records and direct the request to the verified party responsible for the particular transaction, keeping confidential system information out of ordinary correspondence.
3. Scope and work already performed
The applicable agreement and law determine cancellation conditions, work completed, authorised expenses and any appropriate repayment. A completed assessment, a reserved resource, a recurring subscription and an unstarted implementation can require different treatment. Ask how a proposed deduction relates to the agreed work and actual records. This publication promises neither an automatic full refund for every change of plan nor a blanket exclusion of remedies where services are defective, undelivered or incorrectly charged.
4. Describe an error clearly
Where a charge appears duplicated or the delivered work differs from the accepted scope, give the invoice reference, relevant milestone and the discrepancy. A concise description and limited payment reference can begin an investigation; do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or bank-access credentials. State the remedy sought, such as correction, completion, cancellation or repayment. The local draft must still be sent by you, and its preparation does not confirm receipt, acceptance or an agreed response date.
5. Processing an agreed repayment
If repayment is agreed or required, confirm its amount, responsible payer, method and applicable timing through a verified route. Banking and payment providers can have processing steps separate from the supplier’s decision. Any lawful deduction or time limit must be evaluated against the actual arrangement and rights involved. This site does not promise a universal processing period for contracts it does not administer, and its displayed default enquiry address is not evidence of a staffed billing desk.
6. Further routes remain available
Keep the contract, invoice, delivery evidence and correspondence if a concern remains unresolved. A vendor, reseller or other supplier may have a distinct complaints procedure, and statutory remedies or payment-provider processes may apply to the particular payment. Clearly identify the outstanding issue rather than treating an unrelated source-company mention as acceptance of liability. Nothing in this notice prevents access to a competent consumer authority, dispute process or court, or removes a protection that applicable law makes mandatory.
